Hij bestaat uit rund- en varkensvlees en biedt een perfect evenwicht tussen volle en kruidige smaken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na het zouten en kruiden wordt de worst gedroogd en vervolgens gerookt, wat hem zijn roodbruine kleur geeft. Gemalen karwij zorgt voor een subtiele anijssmaak.
