Reinig de fazant grondig en fileer hem zorgvuldig om harde stukjes te voorkomen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>De marinade<\/strong>: Laat het vlees bij voorkeur een hele nacht marineren zodat de smaken diep kunnen intrekken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Het fijnhakken van het vlees<\/strong>: Meng de gehakte vleessoorten grondig tot een egale farce. Gebruik eventueel een keukenmachine om dit te vergemakkelijken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Het kruiden<\/strong>: Proef de farce voor het garen en pas zo nodig de kruiding aan.
