En dat is prachtig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rillettes zijn in wezen een eeuwenoude conserveertechniek: door vlees langdurig in vet te confijten \u2013 net als bij <a href=\"https:\/\/www.charcuteriemaison.fr\/nl\/authentieke-rillons-uit-tours\/\">rillons<\/a> \u2013 verdampt het grootste deel van het vocht. Kiprillettes zijn niet alleen ontzettend lekker, je maakt ze bovendien bijna zonder van de bank op te staan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laat de aanbaksels niet zitten: ze zijn cruciaal voor de uiteindelijke smaak.
