Usateli solo se li avete gi\u00e0 in dispensa o se non vi sentite del tutto padroni del metodo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Curate umidit\u00e0 e temperatura<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Frigo<\/strong>: disponete i b\u00e9ret su una griglia in un frigorifero ben ventilato e girateli spesso, soprattutto nei primi giorni, per un\u2019essiccazione omogenea.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cantina<\/strong>: una cantina ventilata a 14 \u00b0C con umidit\u00e0 intorno al 74 % rappresenta un\u2019ottima alternativa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Evitate le insidie dell\u2019essiccazione<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Se i b\u00e9ret sono pressati male o poggiano su una griglia troppo fitta, l\u2019aria ristagna e l\u2019essiccazione ne risente.
