Aseg\u00farese de que el fais\u00e1n est\u00e9 bien limpio y deshuesado para evitar encontrarse con trozos duros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La marinada<\/strong>: deje las carnes en adobo el tiempo suficiente, idealmente toda la noche, para que los sabores se desarrollen y penetren en profundidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El picado de las carnes<\/strong>: mezcle bien las carnes picadas hasta obtener un relleno homog\u00e9neo; un procesador de alimentos puede facilitar este paso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El sazonado<\/strong>: pruebe la mezcla antes de cocinarla y ajuste el condimento si es necesario.
