Auch wenn wir nicht aufs Gramm genau arbeiten m\u00fcssen \u2013 zumal viel Gem\u00fcse in den Topf wandert \u2013, sollten wir das Verh\u00e4ltnis von 10 g Salz pro 1 kg Fleisch einhalten.
