Noch exakter \u2013 besonders, wenn Sie vakuump\u00f6keln (dabei k\u00f6nnen Sie zus\u00e4tzliche Gew\u00fcrze einarbeiten; die Mengen finden Sie im n\u00e4chsten Abschnitt) \u2013 ist folgende Berechnung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Messen Sie den Durchmesser des Fleischst\u00fccks in Zentimetern, teilen Sie ihn durch zwei, um den Radius zu erhalten, und addieren Sie 1.
